Welcome to Sophie & Elise, a boutique shaped by family, legacy, and a deep love for coastal living. Our story began over twenty six years ago, when our mother opened a small boutique in the quiet seaside town of Maple Bay. What started as her personal dream soon became a place where comfort, craftsmanship, and connection came together naturally.
Today, as sisters, we carry her vision forward. Every piece we create reflects warmth, intention, and a sense of home, designed to feel as good as it looks and to last through seasons of life.
As we prepare to move to a bigger space and begin this exciting new chapter, we invite you into our world one last time in this beloved store — a space guided by calm, authenticity, and thoughtful design, where every detail is chosen with care.
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
In the early days, our boutique was more workshop than store. A place filled with sketches, soft fabrics, and quiet creativity. Our mother believed clothing should feel personal, made with care and designed to be lived in.
After her passing, the boutique became a place of reflection for our family, until we stepped in together and gave it new life. Side by side, we found our rhythm, blending her timeless approach with a modern sensibility inspired by simple coastal living.
This place has always carried special meaning for us. A space of warmth, remembrance, and togetherness that continues to shape everything we create.
